Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well and prospering. Exuding love, health and happiness. I have been an integral part of Nick Stern's (co-founder) support team. And have personally taken Sunwarrior Protein since its inception. I absolutely love it! Tastes fantastic! Which we all know is unusual for typical brown rice protein. It's extremely easy to digest. I take it every morning after my workout. Currently on a 5 day a week training regimen. It helps with my cravings. And gives me sustained energy throughout my hectic work schedule (I mix it with one heaping tablespoon of the Barley). Not to mention my skin has never looked better. I'm glowing :)

Sunwarrior Smoothie Recipes


Sun Warrior Protein Smoothies

This super shake requires no blender and is for people "On the Go" looking for a quick meal replacement (shaker jar required):

1.) The Gladiator:
1 to 2 scoops of Sun Warrior Protein (any flavor)
1 tbsp Sun Warrior Activated Barley
Healthy fats: Your choice of 1 tbsp of Flax oil, Hemp oil, or Coconut oil
8 to 12 oz water & ice (shake well)

This will deliver a great source of protein and a slow burning
carbohydrate that will keep you satisfied and energetic for hours.

The following smoothies require a high-speed blender such as a Vita Mix or Blend Tec to breakdown ingredients to a smooth texture...

2.) SunWarrior Dreamsicle:
8 oz of water
1 to 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (vanilla flavor)
1 whole organic orange (peeled)
1 tbsp Hemp Seed
1 tbsp "Sunfood Nutrition" Tocotrienols
Vanilla Bean (optional)
Lots of ice blended at high speed gives it a smooth thick texture

3.) SunWarrior Chocolate Monkey:
8 oz water
1 to 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (chocolate flavor)
1 organic frozen ripe banana
Choice of 1 tbsp of Flax oil, Hemp oil, or Coconut oil
"Sunfood Nutrition" raw cacao powder or cacao nibs (optional)
Extra ice for texture & consistency

The following shake is for people who still drink coffee can be substituted
with water..

4.) Sunwarrior Chocolate Maca Java Jolt:
8 oz. of iced brewed organic coffee
1 to 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (chocolate flavor)
1 tsp of "Sunfood Nutrition" Maca Powder
1 tbsp of "Sunfood Nutrition" Raw Chocolate Powder
Organic cinnamon to taste
Your choice of 1 tbsp of Hemp oil, Flax oil, or Coconut oil
1 tbsp "Sunfood Nutrition" Tocotrienols
Lots of ice

The following smoothie is blended at highest speed for increased phytonutrient absorption. All fruit is frozen beforehand and replaces ice (serves 3 to 4)

5.) Sunwarrior Antioxidant Berry Blast: (my favorite :)
1 whole coconut (meat & milk)
2 tbsp of Hemp seeds
5 or 6 Raw Brazil Nuts, 5 or 6 Raw Walnuts, 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
1 tbsp of "Sunfood Nutrition" Tocotrienols
1 tsp Camu Berry Powder
3 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (natural or vanilla flavor)
1 tbsp of "Sunfood Nutrition" Raw Chocolate Powder
1 tbsp of Carob Powder
1 tbsp of Bee Pollen
1 Whole organic orange (peeled and sliced)

All the following fruit has been frozen and placed into containers; 1 cup of organic frozen mixed berries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. 1/2 cup of frozen organic red grapes. 1 cup of frozen sliced mango & papaya. 1 packet of frozen Acai. Blend at highest speed several times to make a creamy smoothie texture. Additional ice may be required for icecream-like consistency. Top off with a sprinkle of "Sunfood Nutrition" Goji Berries and Cacao Nibs. Texture should be thick and eaten with a spoon. Enjoy!
